These Terms of Use govern your use of Curated, an app provided by Waldo Ventures LLC ("Waldo Ventures", "we", "us", or "our"). By using Curated, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Using Curated

Curated helps you save, organize, and revisit media, articles, products, and other items you choose. You are responsible for the content you save and for using the app lawfully. Curated does not grant rights in third-party content or replace the terms of the services from which you save links or information.

Free and Unlimited access

Curated includes a free allowance for manual saves. An active Curated Unlimited subscription removes the manual-save allowance across supported categories. Imports and your existing saved content remain available according to the app experience; we do not delete your saved library because a subscription ends.

Subscriptions and billing

Curated Unlimited is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple In-App Purchase. Available plans, prices, currencies, and billing periods are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. The price displayed by Apple at checkout is authoritative.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple controls payment methods, billing, and refunds for Apple In-App Purchases. Where available, use the in-app Restore Purchases action after signing in to recover a qualifying prior purchase.

Cancellation stops future renewal; access remains available through the end of the paid period. If access expires, existing saved items stay available, while new manual saves above the then-applicable free allowance may require an active subscription.

Accounts and availability

Some Curated features require an account. Keep your account credentials secure and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product improvements.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Curated is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every third-party link, data source, or recommendation will remain available. To the extent permitted by law, Waldo Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Curated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and change the date above. Continued use of Curated after an update means you accept the updated terms.
