Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026
Waldo Ventures LLC ("Waldo Ventures", "we", "us", or "our") operates Curated. This Privacy Policy explains the information Curated processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to you. It applies to Curated and not to the independent services, websites, or content you choose to save.
Information Curated processes
Account information
If you create an account, Curated processes your email address, account identifier, and authentication information needed to sign you in and sync your library. Apple Sign In and Google Sign-In may provide account information according to the choices you make with those providers.
Your Curated library and preferences
Curated processes the items, links, ratings, shelves, moods, and preferences you save, along with the metadata necessary to organize and sync them. This data is used to provide your library, synchronization, search, import, and personalization features.
Subscription information
When you view, purchase, restore, or manage Curated Unlimited, we process a Curated account identifier, the product and entitlement state, subscription status, expiration and renewal information, and limited purchase-flow diagnostics. We use RevenueCat to process subscription status and entitlement information. We do not receive or store your full Apple payment-card number or Apple Account password. Apple processes Apple In-App Purchase payments under its own privacy terms.
Usage, diagnostics, and attribution
Curated records app interactions, feature use, conversion events, and technical diagnostics to operate, secure, understand, and improve the app. We use Supabase for application data and selected analytics events, and AppsFlyer for measurement and attribution. We do not sell personal information or provide it to data brokers. Your device and App Store privacy choices may limit information available to measurement providers.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Curated.
- Authenticate you and synchronize your library across your devices.
- Determine subscription entitlement and provide purchase support.
- Measure app reliability, feature use, and the effectiveness of product communications and attribution.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to valid requests.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers that process information on our behalf to operate Curated, including Supabase for authentication, database, and application infrastructure; RevenueCat for subscription infrastructure; Apple for In-App Purchases; AppsFlyer for attribution and measurement; and authentication, content-metadata, and hosting providers that support the features you use. We share information only as needed for these services, to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and library information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may delete your account from Curated's settings where available. Deleting your account removes your Curated account data subject to legitimate retention requirements; it does not cancel an Apple subscription, which you manage through Apple.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and keep your device and account credentials secure.
Children
Curated is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting an updated version and revising the date above. For questions, requests, or concerns, visit our Support page. Your use of Curated is also governed by our Terms of Use.
